Arrived at the airport at 7.45 PM and went to the book store to browse the gossip magazines before heading to departure gate and looked for Abikia as we were on the same flight back. For the in-flight entertainment, decided to watch ‘Mr. Pride vs Ms. Prejudice’ Chinese movie which was very entertaining with two very good-looking main leads.

Finally arrived past 12 midnight due to flight delay. After shower, watched a bit of TV while waiting for hair to dry completely.

Woke up late in the morning as we slept really late the night before.

Went for haircut, while BL and ABK sent the two cars for car wash.

Went to the bank in the afternoon and then headed to the gym for some exercise with BL while ABK took a walk around town. After our shower, we headed home for reunion dinner.

Movie of the night was Ola Bola. Worth watching with a great ending showcasing patriotic fervor, which would have been suitable for Merdeka Day. The two songs in the movie were great too – ‘Arena Cahaya’ and ‘We will Believe Again’.

We were at Tanjung Aru Beach resort for our CNY photoshoot. It was a good choice as they had nice CNY décor, suitable for photoshoot. 

In the afternoon, went to the Club gym for some exercise with BL while ABK took a walk around town. After our shower, we headed home, change our clothes and went to East Meet West for dinner with aunty Su Lee. 

After dropping Dad off as he was not interested in our next activity, we went to Waterfront to visit the sports shop. BL bought shoes for 3 of us (mine is red, mummy got dark blue, BL is purple) while ABK got a dark grey pair. We’ll be using it for the Vienna trip. After that, it was drinks at Fook Yuen in town, before we sent aunty Su Lee home.

We watched Dangal which lasted until 2 AM. The movie was really good, with a great story line featuring a dedicated father, pulling at emotional heartstring and ending with a dramatic finale.

We were watching the Olympic men’s figure skating event before lunch. 

BL had 12.30 lunch appointment with her schoolmates, at Judy's place. We finally managed to find Judy’s house after some time. Then ABK and I went to pick her up at Tropicana condo at around 3.45 PM.

We went to the gym as it started raining at 5 PM. After dinner, we chat-chat until Skype session with Austin family at 9.30 PM which lasted 1.25 hours.

We went for 7.30 AM church service, followed by breakfast at home (siu mai and pau) before heading out to Suria for shopping. After buying a few household items, we headed home for lunch.

After dinner, we went to Waterfront to do last round of shopping. Although the sports shop was closing, they did not chase us out. Bought an orange Adidas shirt while BL bought a pink shirt. Then we had thosai at Indian shop near Diamond restaurant, as BL still has her thosai craving (since Christmas). After that we watched TV (parts of Project Runway, AFC show on Swedish food) before going to sleep.

Sat 23 Dec 2017

Arrived late at KK airport due to late take-off from KL side. Mum and Dad had to wait at least half an hour. Reached home just before 12 midnight.

We went to church in the morning, followed by simple lunch. We went to the airport at 6.45 PM to pick up Beh Ling. We had dinner together at about 8 PM, followed by Skype session with Austin family at 9.30 PM.

Mon 25 Dec 2017

We went out for Christmas lunch at 11.30 AM. While waiting for lunch to be served, we took some family photos. I like the photo with BL where we obviously had matching outfit in different colours. We had compliments for our outfit so the RM99 was well-spent. We bought the outfits at Waterfront when we were back in June for Raya holidays.

Went for jogging in the park at around 5.30 PM. BL ended up with lots of mosquito bites on her legs as she stayed on for squats, push-ups whereas I left earlier.

Tues 26 Dec 2017

In the afternoon, went to UTC to get my passport renewed while BL had 1 PM appointment with her ex-schoolmates. At 5.30 PM, went with BL to collect passport before we headed to the gym for Tabata class. 

After dinner, headed to Waterfront where the shop BL wanted to visit was closed. So we decided to head over to Suria to do some shopping instead. She couldn’t find her blink outfit despite looking for it at several shops. At 10 PM, we left without buying anything. After that we had bah kut teh (liver, stomach) supper costing RM17.

Wed 27 Dec 2017 

In the afternoon, went with BL to do some shopping at Merdeka Supermarket before heading off to the Club for what we thought was going to be Pilates, which turned out to be Body Pump. Was really sweating at the end of the class. Took our shower before going upstairs for hor fun dinner. Then off to Waterfront for some shopping. Then we went to mamak shop to have thosai for supper. Definitely building up a layer of fat around my tummy area.

Went to airport to send off BL at 10.30 AM. Just in time to drop off luggage for her 11.45 AM flight.

Went with mummy for 6 PM class at the gym. It was a bit of Zumba, a bit of Body Combat. Then we went home for slightly late dinner.

We went for Bishop’s Christmas open house near Palace Hotel. The bungalow is huge. It’s a nice place but with people walking in and out of the house with shoes on, there will be lots of cleaning to do after the party. The beef stew, mashed potato, satay and ice-cream potong was good.

Was at KL Sentral on time for 7 AM train to KLIA and 8.40 AM flight back home. We had our reunion dinner at 8 PM, after ABK and Dad went to pick BL up from the airport.

We went to Sutera Harbour for our CNY family photo.

After lunch, the 3 of us went to gym for 4 PM class and did our workout until 6 PM. As we had time, we went to the musical fountain for 8.30 PM show after dinner. Then it was time for Hangout session with Austin family at 10 PM.

Church service was at 7.30 AM so we had to wake up early. After having second round of breakfast at 9.30, we went to Imago at 11 AM and shopped until 1 PM.

While BL went to gym, ABK, mum and I went for body scrub, manicure + foot massage, and body scrub respectively. After picking up BL, we had early dinner at 7 PM as we had intention to go to Suria by 9 PM. After that, we went to Signal Hill observation deck to see the city lights.

We went to UTC for BL’s passport renewal in the morning and collected the passport in the afternoon. She didn't like her passport photo. Can't say I blame her because I didn't like mine too when it was time to be renewed at the end of the year...
